Phillip S. Buzzelli joined the firm in 1998 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and before the Federal District Courts in New Jersey. Mr. Buzzelli has extensive experience in the practice of real estate law including negotiating, drafting and enforcing real property purchase agreements and leases, both residential and commercial, the review and satisfaction of title related issues and the review and interpretation of all lending documentation including refinance, loan modification and short sale agreements. Mr. Buzzelli’s extensive transactional practice involves real estate related business ventures throughout the entire state of New Jersey.

Mr. Buzzelli earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1998 from Widener University School of Law, where he served as President of the Moot Court Honor Society and was selected as a National Member of the Order of Barristers for his courtroom advocacy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from Villanova University.

Mr. Buzzelli is an active member of the Real Estate Section of the Mercer County Bar Association.
